Passive: Crystal Spires
Skarner's presence causes crystals to spawn in set locations around the map. Crystals can be captured by either team by standing close to them. Capturing them prevents them from being captured by the opposing team for 15 seconds. When near a crystal his team owns, Skarner gains Crystal Charge.
Crystal Charge - Grants 70 movement speed and 43% attack speed, and restores 2% maximum mana per second.
